Alietech Kess3

Alientech is one of the oldest companies in our field.

 

It offers one of the most stable tools especially on older cars. New tool manufacturers only focus on new cars so it is necessary for a company to have Alientech products.

 

Years ago some people managed to clone Kess2 and KTAG which were Alientech tools and flooded the market with cheap clones which were sold and are still on the market doing harm to our field as they were not stable and made of cheap materials with resulting in damage to the ECU they were working on. So the clones that still exist today can tune cars built as far back as 2010, and some "professionals" still use them.

 

The above shopkeepers are the ones who gave our job a bad name, as clients still ask "Is it possible that my cars ECU will be destroyed?"

 

After some time Alientech corrected this particular issue with the release of Ksuite3.0 which ran until the beginning of 2022 where they released their new KESS3 tool. Anytime you see ksuite2.47 or lower on a "professionals" computer then b sure that they are using inferior tools, so you can imagine the quality of the files they use.

In April 2022 they released their new KESS3 tool with awesome features and a bunch of protocols for all vehicles with internal combustion engines.

 

Obviously at Raceroms we own KESS3 and leave behind the previous KESS2 and KTAG which we exchanged with Alientech as part of their internal upgrade.
